Originally built as a textile showroom, 295 Fifth Avenue has been reimagined into a modern law office that reflects Quinn Emanuel’s global presence and evolving work culture. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture, the renovation celebrates the building’s raw materiality and historic character while introducing a contemporary sensibility through light, texture, and spatial flow.
The lighting design plays a central role in defining the atmosphere across four floors. Layered and intentional, it brings a sense of warmth and comfort to an environment traditionally associated with formality. Each element — from subtle indirect accents to sculptural fixtures — is composed to enhance material depth and create spaces that feel both refined and inviting.
Station22 collaborated on the lighting concept and implementation, ensuring visual harmony throughout workspaces, lounges, and amenity areas. The result is a workplace that supports focus and performance while maintaining a sense of ease and understated sophistication.
